Adam Clausen was an extremely well-liked, talented and valuable member of the Kolisch Hartwell team. On December 26, 2016, Adam and his wife Shannon O’Leary, a physics professor at Lewis & Clark College, were tragically killed in a car crash as they traveled back to Portland from a holiday visit with Adam’s family. They were survived by their four-year-old son, Felix, who was with them but miraculously uninjured.
“We will miss Adam very much. He was an entirely positive influence on everyone around him. Adam was also very, very good at his job, and had unlimited future possibilities at our firm,” said Shawn Kolitch, Shareholder at Kolisch Hartwell.
Felix has been adopted by Adam’s brother Matt and his wife Logan. For those interested in making a donation, a Go Fund Me account has been set up for Felix’s support and future education.
